I'm finally back at work after getting Monday off and playing all weekend. It's so hard to come back....even for only 4 hours. So here's are weekend.
Saturday night Tally and I picked up Ryan from his work and we drove to Price. We hung out with his family and extended family and went to bed. Quite an eventful evening wouldn't you say?
Sunday was Stetson's "Homecoming" (our reason for being in Price). He did a great job on his talk and Ryan, Jeff, Stacia, Deidra and I had the opportunity to sing. We were fantastic! haha We left that evening back home because Ryan had to work on Monday.
Monday morning my parents picked Tally and I up and we headed for the Cemeterys. We had pinwheels on my Grandpa's grave that Tally loved. She also loved to smell all the pretty flowers. She played and watered the flowers with a bucket of water. (Her way to water flowers is to get her hands wet and then pet the petals. They get water that way right?)
After the cemeterys we went to the grocery store to grab something for a BBQ later that day. Tally always needs to "drive" when we go to the store. My sister, Candice, had never been shopping with us and thought Tally was so cute that she took a couple pictures.
After the store I went to my parents' house. My sister made homemade onion rings and fry sauce! Tally LOVED them!
Around 4:00 we headed to the BBQ at my Grandma's house. We had "boneless, skinless pork chops," chips and salad. Tally loved the Macaroni salad and all the fruit. She is a fruit child!! Then she found "The Wagon" dun dun dun. This wagon was amazing! It had a door that she could open and close to climb in and out. When it was time for us to leave we had to pull her down to the curb with the wagon and then pry her out! After the BBQ I got some lovely alone time! Candice and I went to play volleyball with my friend Jenny and her family. We played for 2 1/2 hours and it was SO much fun!
Our Memorial Day weekend was very busy but lots of fun. I hope everyone had a great weekend too!
Looks like you had a busy and fun weekend! Happy Memorial Day!
