Cinco!!

So today after church I went to my parents house. My dad was holding Tally and my mom was looking up at her and noticed a fifth tooth!! We couldn't believe it! It wasn't there yesterday so we can now truly say "she is growing over night" somedays it really feels like it and now I have proof! Anyways it's not far enough in that I can get it in a picture so I'll keep trying. Ryan and I didn't even know she was teething. Not every parent can say that! :)

New Layout!

Good bye to the dots and the dark blue! Hello light blue and fun designs! I figured it was time for an update on the layout. I'll probably be changing it alot more now that I know how. :)

Pumpkin Carving!

We carved our pumpkins for Halloween a few days ago and I think they look fabulous! I loved our ones from last year so the first two pictures are Ryan and I's pumpkins from last year. Halloween was our last night alone together in our house. Which I guess we were never really alone because of all the Trick or Treaters. It's still so weird to think that a little over a year ago we didn't have Tally and now she's very much here! Ryan's Dracula from last year
My Pumpkin-Head Horseman from last year
Ryan's witch

Tally's Ghost that says BOO!
My haunted tree (I took the picture on an angle so it's kind of hard to see)
Tally pointing to her pumpkin (she just finished eating and got her shirt so dirty we just took it off, such a funny girl she loves her Pumpkin!)

Halloween Party!

So today Shelly and I took our kids up to Neola for a Halloween Party with some of her friends and their kids. Very fun and the kids loved it. Our lunch was "mummys" hotdogs wrapped in breadsticks or "bugs" half a hotdog with half a breadstick with patatoe stick legs. Easy to make 350 degrees for 15-17 min for those of you wondering. :) You can also ketchup eyes on the mummys or make your spiders black widows by "ketchuping" a design on their backs. Then for dessert they made "Spider cookies" chocolate cookies, chocolate frosting, pretzels and red hots. Tally just ate her chocolate cookie but Cami and Zach had some fabulous spiders! After food the kids played for awhile and then it was time to go home. Here are my favorites!

SO TIRED!

Just thought I would take a moment and tell everyone how completely exhausted I am! I don't know what my deal is.... I'm so tired and my muscles in my back are killing me from carrying Tally around all day. I wish she could walk!! I say this now but in a couple months when she can I'll be telling you I wish she would just sit still!! :) Anyway more blogs to come I just need to get pictures to go with them. I just thought it had been a while since I'd told the story of my life to the world. Ryan's on a night check again! I'm cleaning my house to get ready for company tomorrow. But I think I'm giving up. That's right I'm choosing sleep over cleaning. I've made some fantastic new bows that I'm pretty dang excited about. I will have to post pictures of those too. Okay so now I'm really going to bed.

One year old pictures!

I couldn't decide on which ones I liked best so you get them all! :)
We got these pictures extra fast because we got a CD with them that we could have right now instead of waiting 2 weeks for the prints! We had to wait and extra long time to get these done. Our appointment was at 11:30 and I don't think we got them until 1ish, it was a really long day. Tally got pretty ornery and got about a 30 min nap before her pictures were taken and I'm so glad or I'm not sure I'd be showing anybody these pictures! But she did fabulous! She's all smiles. Even with her pony "head" on. I thought she would just pull at it the whole time but we distracted her long enough to get the best Halloween Pictures ever! We had to buy her a new outfit right before the pictures were taken because the purple outfit she was going to wear didn't wash clean this morning. (Surprise Surprise) I think in some of them the outfit makes the pictures even better so I guess you could say I'm thankful for that mishap. In the fall pictures she loves that pumpkin! She did not want to give it up when they put away for her next picture. I love the fall and halloween borders. I couldn't decide between the border and a pink effect so we got both. (On the pony picture) Anyway, it was definitely a very long day but after seeing these pictures I'm SO glad we went!

How Fabulous Are These!!!

So I recently found out that one of my friends from high school, Kassie, does cakes. My mother in law, Nanette and I are throwing a Bridal Shower for Stacia this weekend so we had her make some Purse cakes for the occasion!!

Thanks so much Kassie, they look amazing!

New Car!

A few weeks ago Ryan and I got sick of sharing the Jetta and we bought ourselves a Fancy, stylish, Buick Park Avenue! haha Yeah it was my mom's Aunt and Uncle's. It's nice though and definitely bigger than the Jetta. Heated seats, dual air control, seats and mirrors adjust when you put the key in, keyless entry, cruise control. It's got everything we will ever need. But it's a boat :) Oh well we like it. I actually don't have any pictures so I'm googling to show you what it looks like because once again we can't have 2 blogs in a row with no pictures!

Getting Married!

So I neglected to tell everyone that Ryan's sister, Stacia, is getting married on November 22. She's pretty excited about that! Not a lot to say right now because it hasn't happened. Um it will be a fall wedding and their cake looks like birch wood with fall leaves on it. She's also getting fabulous purse cakes for her bridal shower this weekend. I definitely have to post pictures of those.

ALMOST ONE!

That's right in 2 weeks it will be a year already! I can't believe Tally is already 12 months old! It's so weird to me to think last Halloween we didn't have her and this Halloween we are taking her Trick-or-Treating haha we have her costume and everything. We are having a little party for her birthday, it should be a lot of fun! She's getting one year old pictures taken on Thursday the 16th so I'll make sure to post those. I can't find it in myself to post two blogs in a row with no pictures. So here's a picture of Tally and her dad swimming, I would post new pics but this is not my computer!

Scrapbook Factory

So a few weeks ago I finished teaching Digital Scrapbooking for the first time. I really loved teaching that class and I hope I get to do it again because I think I know how to make it even better. I've done Tally's scrapbook using Scrapbook Factory Deluxe and I find that I'm not way behind like I know I would be if I was trying to do it all by hand! Anyway, I'm teaching it again in January if anyone's interested. Thursdays from 5-7 starts January 22nd and it goes for 4 weeks. I think it's like $25!
