We took family pictures about 2 weeks ago! (It only took us 10 months!) I just got them back and they look perfect! Tally was in such a good mood that day and they got some great shots of her and her beautiful smile!

6 month Pictures

I just barely got Tally's 6 month photos from the photographer so I figured I would put some of them up. They are very cute . I'm glad we finally have them!

10 months Old!

Can you believe it? I can't. It feels like I was just sending announcements to everyone that we had had a baby and now I'm telling everyone that in 2 months my little baby will be 1 year old! I can't believe it!

Tally with Teeth!

I finally caught a picture of Tally showing her teeth! She has four (two on top, two on bottom) But all you can see is the bottom two. It was still a lucky take!!

5 Generations!

Two weeks ago we traveled to Murray and while we were there we were able to get a 5 generation picture with Tally,Ryan and his Mom and her parents and grandparents. We were glad that we could get them all together for the pictures.

Lagoon!

At the beginning of August we went to Lagoon for a family reunion. It was a lot of fun. Tally got to ride the carousel and she was a very good baby the whole day. Here are some pictures.

2nd Anniversary!!

Once again. Horribly late! Ryan and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary on August 10th. What's more fitting than going to Walmart and buying diapers and formula?! haha Actually we went to dinner and rented a movie too. It was nice. I can't believe it's been 2 years (well over 2 years now). Times going by fast I guess. I blame it on Tally. She's growing so fast! She's almost a year old and it's so weird. It feels like we just barely brought her home.

July 27th! Birthday Time for Me!

Well I'm way late with this but I thought everyone should know that I'm finally and officially 21! yeah it's about stinking time! :) Ryan got me an IHome which is pretty sweet. Now Tally can dance in our living room. I got some clothes and some dishes for a BBQ that are nice. And I got a vinyl board that says "by small and simple things shall great things come to past" I'm going to put a picture of Tally's feet underneath it. Yay.

Back from Trip to AZ!!

And it's good to be back too! My family and I recently took a trip down to AZ for a family reunion. But before I get a whole bunch of comments telling me about how crazy I am for going to AZ because it's so hot you need to know that we didn't go to Phoenix. In fact, where we went it's about the same temperature as here. So now you can relax and know that I'm not as crazy as you think. :) My dad is from AZ so his family got together for 3 or 4 days during his town's annual 24th of July Celebration. There's an ice cream social. Basically they back up the shwans man truck at the park and they just scoop ice cream until they're out. It doesn't cost anything and you can go back as many times as you want. We also went to a campfire circle. It's just a big field and cars park around in a circle and people are just BBQing or talking by their cars. When you walk around the circle you can talk to and see all the people you haven't seen in awhile. I don't think any other town in the world has this. But for my dad, who only makes the 9 to 11 hour trip every couple years, he really enjoys seeing his old classmates and friends. While we were there Tally got her 3rd tooth! It's right at the top so now she can eat big girl food! She loves soup, crackers, muffins and french fries now. Tally also learned how to Pat-a-cake all by herself. She claps her hands, slaps her knees, then throws her hands in the air. Once in a while she will even say "cake cake cake" while she's doing it. It's very cute to watch. (One of the pictures I'm posting with this blog is she and I playing Pat-a-cake)

Water Park and Humanitarian Center

So for the last month or so my family has been making little blankets that hang above cribs for orphans. They are really cute. Anyway I think we competed like 51! On July 8th we all went to the SLC Distribution Center to donate these wall hangings and then take a tour of the center. After that we went to a water park in Kearns. It was a pretty fun day. I didn't even get sunburned! :) Tally loved the water. She splashed anyone that came near us. My sisters were insane and jumping off this crazy way high high dive. We have some great pictures of them. haha
