Off to the zoo!

We took a last minute trip to the zoo yesterday to see the animals (and "disonaurs") and had so much fun!

I won't do a lot of explaining because I'm sure most of you have been to the zoo. :) So enjoy the pictures and I will do a little captioning along the way!

They had these robotic dinasours all throughout the zoo this year. Tally loved that they moved but didn't like that some of them sprayed water.

and again...

We left from Nauvoo and spent the night in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Right on the border of Iowa and Nebraska. the next day was planned for us to go to the zoo but first we had to get our back brakes replaced. Such a bummer! We did eventually make it to the zoo though. It was a very short trip, but so much fun. Anyone who gets the chance to drive through Omaha, Nebraska STOP AT THE ZOO! We spent the night in Ogalala?, Nebraska and drove the rest of the way home from there. Our 9 day trip was super fast and super fun, but it's so nice to be home!

Day 8

Day 9
I have no pictures of this day.  We were too tired. ;)

New pages

My Grandma asked me to make a short scrapbook of our summer trip to the circus this year. Of course I agreed and I have to say I'm pretty proud of it. Here are some of my favorite pages!
We printed 7 books that should ship tomorrow! My family hasn't seen it yet or else I would post more. For all of you that went to the circus with us that day and haven't seen the book consider this your *teaser*. The real thing will be coming in just a few days!

I also finished Tally's "second year" book. I still can't believe she's 2 years old and right now it's so weird to be thinking about her "third year" book right now. Time goes by so fast once you have kids it's just unreal. I haven't gotten around to publishing this one yet, but I can still show you my favorites. I loved this year of her life so I will do my best to narrow it down. ;)
I guess while I'm at it I better also show off the 2 pages that I've started for my little boy.
I'm excited to keep going with his book when I get more ultrasound pictures on March 18th but for now I guess you could call those pages my favorites. ;)

I've started on Tally's "third year" book but I will wait to post those until I have more pages.
